"Kamarulzaman Mohamed, a party youth official, told The Associated Press on Monday that Lavigne's show was "considered too sexy for us" and would promote the wrong values just before independence day"

"Malaysia requires all performers to wear clothes without obscene or drug-related images and be covered from the chest to the knees. They must also refrain from jumping, shouting, hugging and kissing on stage."

1) Well done MALAYSIA once again. This wat we called KETINGGALAN ZAMAN. *Thumbs up 3x* They even cut down national day celebration $$ this year, then where all the money gone again?? sure every1 know!!! MALAYSIA BOLEH!!

2) No wonder all the foreign investor stay away from our country, good job Kamarulzaman *Thumbs down 8x*

3) The only image i can think of after looking at jumping, shouting, hugging are traditional dances from orang asli which is rich in culture. So people can dance, jumping, shouting, hugging and you are banning them??The only word i can think of is retarded.Even commercial promoting love have kissing scene so what, just because in the commercial they are relatives so they can kiss and have that scene broadcasted whole country?

It's already year 2008 please open your mind and accept more different culture.

p/s: Avril Lavigne is soooooooo not like Beyonce Knowles *smiled smugly*
